About
Contraception4all
Our Story
Contraception For All began with a simple but important question:
Why is it so hard for transgender and gender-nonconforming people assigned female at birth to find contraceptive information that actually feels relevant, respectful, and safe?
This project was created to change that. It is a research-based initiative supported by the U.S. federal government, and led by a team of researchers, designers, and healthcare experts who care deeply about health equity.
From the very beginning, this tool has been shaped with input from the TGNC AFAB community. Their experiences, concerns, and feedback guide how this website is designed and how information is shared.
Our goal is not to push decisions, but to offer clear, trustworthy support, so people can make choices about their bodies with confidence.

Our Values
Community-centered
We believe the best tools are built with the people they serve. Community voices are part of our design and decision-making process.
Respect and inclusion
We use language and design choices that affirm diverse identities and lived experiences.
Trust and transparency
This project is research-based, publicly funded, and created with care. Our intention is to support—not judge, pressure, or exclude.
Empowerment through clarity
Everyone deserves access to information that is trustworthy and easy to understand so they can make informed decisions about their own health.
